Double Flee A

The medications I have taken today:

four sudafeds
one 500mg vitamin C
two aspirins (325 I think)
one tylenol 3
a shot of robitussin (not DM, the regular one)

How I feel:
better, but still weak all over and hurty

Do I have pneumonia?
Not according to the chest X-ray
